Η Ιδρυτική Διακήρυξη της «ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ Κομμουνιστικών και Εργατικών Κομμάτων» (VIDEO - ΦΩΤΟ)

Βήμα μπροστά στην κατεύθυνση της ενότητας του ευρωπαϊκού κομμουνιστικού κινήματος αποτέλεσε η σημερινή συνάντηση στις Βρυξέλλες 30 Κομμουνιστικών και Εργατικών Κομμάτων (Δείτε παρακάτω τη λίστα των Κομμάτων) που συγκρότησαν την «Πρωτοβουλία για τη μελέτη, την επεξεργασία ευρωπαϊκών θεμάτων και το συντονισμό της δράσης» τους και ενέκριναν την Ιδρυτική Διακήρυξη ενώ χθες συμμετείχαν στην Ευρωπαϊκή Κομμουνιστική Συνάντηση. 

 

Την εισήγηση στις σημερινές εργασίες έκανε ο Γιώργος Μαρίνος μέλος του ΠΓ της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ και ακολούθησε συζήτηση με παρεμβάσεις των εκπροσώπων των κομμάτων που ανέδειξαν τη σπουδαιότητα της προσπάθειας και την ανάγκη να στηριχτεί αποφασιστικά έτσι ώστε να δώσει ώθηση στην πάλη του κομμουνιστικού κινήματος στην Ευρώπη, να επιδράσει θετικά και στο διεθνές κομμουνιστικό κίνημα.

 

Από τη συνάντηση εκλέχτηκε 9μελής Γραμματεία της Πρωτοβουλίας στην οποία συμμετέχουν το ΚΚΕ, το Κόμμα Εργατών Ιρλανδίας, το Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα των Λαών της Ισπανίας, οι Κομμουνιστές Λαϊκή Αριστερά – ΚΚ Ιταλίας, το Σοσιαλιστικό Κόμμα Λετονίας, το Ουγγρικό Εργατικό Κόμμα, το Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Σλοβακίας, το Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Σουηδίας, Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Τουρκίας.

 

Η ιδρυτική διακήρυξη της «ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ» έχει ως εξής:

 

«Τα παρακάτω Κομμουνιστικά και Εργατικά Κόμματα των χωρών μελών της ΕΕ, των κρατών συνδεδεμένων με αυτήν και άλλων ευρωπαϊκών χωρών, που:

Στηριζόμαστε στις αρχές του επιστημονικού σοσιαλισμού και μας ενώνει το όραμα μιας κοινωνίας δίχως εκμετάλλευση ανθρώπου από άνθρωπο, δίχως φτώχεια, κοινωνική αδικία και ιμπεριαλιστικούς πολέμους.

Θεωρούμε την ΕΕ επιλογή του κεφαλαίου. Προωθεί μέτρα προς όφελος των μονοπωλίων, της συγκέντρωσης και συγκεντροποίησης του κεφαλαίου, ενισχύει τα χαρακτηριστικά της ως ιμπεριαλιστικού οικονομικού, πολιτικού και στρατιωτικού μπλοκ αντίθετου στα συμφέροντα της εργατικής τάξης, των λαϊκών στρωμάτων, εντείνει τους εξοπλισμούς, τον αυταρχισμό, την κρατική καταστολή, περιορίζοντας κυριαρχικά δικαιώματα.

Εκτιμάμε ότι η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση είναι το ευρωπαϊκό ιμπεριαλιστικό κέντρο, στηρίζει επιθετικά σχέδια ενάντια στους λαούς και ευθυγραμμίζεται με ΗΠΑ και ΝΑΤΟ, ο μιλιταρισμός είναι δομικό της στοιχείο.

Θεωρούμε πως υπάρχει άλλος δρόμος ανάπτυξης για τους λαούς. Μέσα από τους αγώνες των εργαζομένων προβάλλει η προοπτική μιας άλλης Ευρώπης, της ευημερίας των λαών, της κοινωνικής προόδου, των δημοκρατικών δικαιωμάτων, της ισότιμης συνεργασίας, της ειρήνης, του σοσιαλισμού.

Πιστεύουμε στο δικαίωμα κάθε λαού να επιλέγει κυρίαρχα το δρόμο ανάπτυξής του, συμπεριλαμβανόμενου του δικαιώματος αποδέσμευσης από τις πολυεπίπεδες εξαρτήσεις από ΕΕ και ΝΑΤΟ, καθώς και της σοσιαλιστικής επιλογής.

Δεν είμαστε πλήρη μέλη των λεγόμενων ευρωπαϊκών κομμάτων, μεταξύ αυτών και του λεγόμενου Κόμματος της Ευρωπαϊκής Αριστεράς.

Αποφασίσαμε με αυτή την Ιδρυτική Διακήρυξη να ιδρύσουμε την "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ Κομμουνιστικών και Εργατικών Κομμάτων για τη μελέτη, την επεξεργασία ευρωπαϊκών θεμάτων και το συντονισμό της δραστηριότητάς τους".

Στην "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ" αυτή μπορεί να συμμετάσχει κάθε Κομμουνιστικό και Εργατικό Κόμμα, από χώρα μέλος της ΕΕ ή χώρα συνδεδεμένη με αυτήν, και από άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες που αποδέχεται αυτή τη Διακήρυξη και τους όρους της.

Στόχος της "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ" είναι να συμβάλει στην έρευνα και τη μελέτη ζητημάτων της Ευρώπης, ιδιαιτέρα σχετικά με την ΕΕ, της πολιτικής που χαράσσεται στα πλαίσιά της κι έχει επίδραση στη ζωή των εργαζομένων, καθώς και να βοηθήσει στην επεξεργασία κοινών θέσεων των κομμάτων και στο συντονισμό της αλληλεγγύης και άλλων δραστηριοτήτων τους.

Η "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ", που απευθύνεται πρωτίστως στα Κομμουνιστικά και Εργατικά Κόμματα των χωρών της ΕΕ, είναι επίσης ανοικτή σε Κομμουνιστικά και Εργατικά Κόμματα των χωρών που δεν είναι μέλη ή είναι συνδεδεμένα μέλη της ΕΕ.

Κάθε χρόνο πραγματοποιεί τουλάχιστον μια συνεδρίαση των μελών της και συμφωνείται σχετική Γραμματεία, για το συντονισμό της δράσης της "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ".

Οι συνεδριάσεις της Γραμματείας γίνονται εκ των προτέρων γνωστές και είναι ανοιχτές και για τα άλλα μέλη της "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ".

Η "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ" έχει:

Κοινό σύμβολο: Έναν εργάτη που σπάει τις αλυσίδες του.

Ιστοσελίδα, για την προβολή των θέσεών της και των θέσεων των κομμάτων που την απαρτίζουν. Την κοινή ιστοσελίδα τη διαχειρίζεται η Γραμματεία την οποία θα συμφωνήσουν τα κόμματα που συμμετέχουν στην "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ"».

 

Η εισήγηση του Γιώργου Μαρίνου

 

Την εισήγηση στην έναρξη των εργασιών της συνάντησης έκανε ο Γιώργος Μαρίνος, μέλος του ΠΓ της ΚΕ του ΚΚΕ, την οποία και παραθέτουμε:

«Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τα 30 Κομμουνιστικά και Εργατικά Κόμματα που αποφάσισαν να πάρουν μέρος στην "ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ για τη μελέτη, την επεξεργασία ευρωπαϊκών θεμάτων και το συντονισμό της δράσης τους". Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους συντρόφους που συνέβαλαν δημιουργικά με τη στήριξη αυτής της προσπάθειας, τις προτάσεις και τις παρατηρήσεις τους, για να φτάσουμε σήμερα εδώ οργανώνοντας την πρώτη ιδρυτική συνάντηση. Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ σημαντικό βήμα το οποίο υπηρετεί συγκεκριμένες ανάγκες.

Η ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ μας υπηρετεί την ενότητα του κομμουνιστικού κινήματος στην Ευρώπη και την ενίσχυση της πάλης των κομμουνιστικών κομμάτων για τα συμφέροντα της εργατικής τάξης, των λαϊκών στρωμάτων, της νεολαίας. Έχουμε βαθιά συναίσθηση της ευθύνης μας. Τα προβλήματα οξύνονται, η καπιταλιστική κρίση υπερπαραγωγής και υπερσυσσώρευσης κεφαλαίου, που είναι η άλλη όψη της καπιταλιστικής ανάπτυξης, έχει οδηγήσει εκατομμύρια εργατικών, λαϊκών οικογενειών στην ανεργία και τη φτώχεια, η εκμετάλλευση της εργασίας από το κεφάλαιο εντείνεται, υπονομεύεται το μέλλον της νεολαίας . Η ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ μας υπηρετεί τη συγκέντρωση δυνάμεων και τη σχεδιασμένη δράση κατά της ΕΕ, της Ένωσης του κεφαλαίου.

Έχουμε πείρα, οι λαοί ζούνε τις οδυνηρές συνέπειες της συνθήκης του Μάαστριχτ, της συνθήκης της Λισαβόνας, τη στρατηγική "Ευρώπη 2020", τα σκληρά μέτρα της "Ενισχυμένης Οικονομικής Διακυβέρνησης". Αντιμετωπίζουν την ιμπεριαλιστική επιθετικότητα με αιχμή την Κοινή Εξωτερική Πολιτική και Κοινή Πολιτική Ασφάλειας και Άμυνας της ΕΕ, την κοινή της δράση με τις ΗΠΑ και το ΝΑΤΟ.

Η ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ μας υπηρετεί την κοινή πάλη για τις Ευρωεκλογές και τις άλλες πολιτικές μάχες που έχουμε μπροστά μας. Θα δώσουμε τη μάχη των Ευρωεκλογών με αποφασιστικότητα, με κριτήριο τις λαϊκές ανάγκες, τα λαϊκά συμφέροντα ενάντια στην ΕΕ και τη στρατηγική της. Ενάντια στα αστικά, φιλελεύθερα και σοσιαλδημοκρατικά κόμματα που υπηρετούν τα συμφέροντα του κεφαλαίου, τις δυνάμεις του οπορτουνισμού που στηρίζουν την ΕΕ και κινούνται στη γραμμή της διαχείρισης του καπιταλισμού.

Δεν είναι εύκολη προσπάθεια, θα κουραστούμε, θα περάσουμε δυσκολίες, αλλά μπορούμε να τις αντιπαλέψουμε. Και όλοι μαζί, συλλογικά, σχεδιασμένα θα δράσουμε για τους κοινούς μας στόχους. Με τη συμβολή όλων των κομμάτων, με ευθύνη και επιμονή θα στηρίξουμε αυτή την προσπάθεια που θα δώσει ώθηση στην πάλη του κομμουνιστικού κινήματος στην Ευρώπη, με θετική επίδραση στο διεθνές κομμουνιστικό κίνημα.

Ξεκινάμε καλά, συναισθανόμενοι τις υποχρεώσεις και τα καθήκοντά μας. Ξεκινάμε 30 Κομμουνιστικά Κόμματα και στην πορεία όλοι μας θα κάνουμε προσπάθεια να πάρουν μέρος και άλλα κόμματα που συμφωνούν με την ΙΔΡΥΤΙΚΗ ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗ και σήμερα διστάζουν. Η πόρτα είναι ανοικτή, η συζήτηση συνεχίζεται.

 

Αγαπητοί σύντροφοι και συντρόφισσες,

 

Η συμφωνία μας στην ΙΔΡΥΤΙΚΗ ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗ έχει μεγάλη σημασία γιατί επιτρέπει να ξεκινήσουμε με γερές βάσεις και να αναπτύξουμε αυτή την κομμουνιστική πρωτοβουλία. Οι ηγετικές δυνάμεις του ΚΕΑ έχουν κάνει τις δικές τους επιλογές, υποστηρίζουν την ΕΕ και βασικές, στρατηγικές της θέσεις.

Υποστηρίζουν μια ένωση του κεφαλαίου που γίνεται συνεχώς και πιο αντιδραστική και επικίνδυνη, έχουν αρνηθεί τις αρχές της κοσμοθεωρίας μας, τις αρχές του μαρξισμού - λενινισμού. Η ευθύνη είναι δική τους, οι κομμουνιστές και οι κομμουνίστριες πιστεύουμε ότι θα βγάλουν πολύτιμα συμπεράσματα και θα στηρίξουν την ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ μας.

 

Για το Σχεδιασμό της Δράσης την επόμενη περίοδο

 

Από σήμερα μπορούμε να βάλουμε τις βάσεις για το σχεδιασμό της δράσης που θα αναπτυχθεί την επόμενη περίοδο, εμπλουτίζοντας τους στόχους πάλης και τις παρεμβάσεις μας.

Σ' αυτή την κατεύθυνση προτείνουμε να προχωρήσουμε ως εξής:

• Να προετοιμάσουμε παρέμβαση για τη Συνάντηση Κορυφής της ΕΕ το Δεκέμβρη που θα εξετάσει σημαντικά ζητήματα κατά των λαών και μεταξύ αυτών την αναθεώρηση της Κοινής Πολιτικής Ασφάλειας και Άμυνας της ΕΕ.
• Άμεσα να ετοιμάσουμε παρέμβαση για την απελευθέρωση των 4 Κουβανών αγωνιστών που είναι φυλακισμένοι στις ΗΠΑ και να τοποθετηθούμε ενάντια στην κοινή θέση της ΕΕ.
• Να ετοιμάσουμε έγκαιρα ανακοίνωση για τις Ευρωεκλογές και να την εκδώσουμε το Γενάρη, επανερχόμενοι ξανά τον Απρίλη με σύντομο κάλεσμα.
• Να ετοιμάσουμε Παρέμβαση κατά του Αντικομμουνισμού, κατά των απαγορεύσεων ΚΚ και συμβόλων και να την δημοσιοποιήσουμε το Φλεβάρη του 2014.
• Το Φλεβάρη του 2014 να τοποθετηθούμε για το ρόλο των ευρωκομμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΚΕΑ.
• Να ετοιμάσουμε για το Μάρτη του 2014 ειδική τοποθέτηση για τις καπιταλιστικές αναδιαρθρώσεις που προωθεί η ΕΕ και να αναδείξουμε τις συνέπειες κατά των εργαζομένων και ιδιαίτερα της Νεολαίας.
• Να ετοιμάσουμε, αρχές Απρίλη, τοποθέτηση για την Κοινή Εξωτερική Πολιτική, Πολιτική Ασφάλεια και Άμυνας της ΕΕ - για τη συμμετοχή σε ιμπεριαλιστικούς πολέμους.
• Για όλα τα παραπάνω, με συνεννόηση στη γραμματεία της ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ και θα γίνεται συγκεκριμένος καταμερισμός για τα θέματα του σχεδιασμού δράσης που θα συμφωνήσουμε σήμερα.

Να δούμε ακόμα δύο ζητήματα.

 

Το πρώτο αφορά την κατάθεση Ερωτήσεων προς το Ευρωκοινοβούλιο για προβλήματα εργαζομένων από διάφορες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες, με την αξιοποίηση κομμουνιστών ευρωβουλευτών.

 

Το δεύτερο αφορά την οργάνωση κοινών εκδηλώσεων σε διάφορες χώρες με την αξιοποίηση στελεχών από τα ΚΚ που συμμετέχουν στην ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ, ώστε να μεταφέρεται η πείρα και να στηρίζονται δραστηριότητες των κομμάτων μας.

 

Αγαπητοί σύντροφοι και συντρόφισσες,

 

Ξεκινάμε μαζί μια πολύ σημαντική προσπάθεια και έχουμε υποχρέωση να δώσουμε τις δυνάμεις μας για να πετύχει η ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑ προς όφελος της εργατικής τάξης, των λαϊκών στρωμάτων, της νεολαίας.

Ευχόμαστε σε όλους καλή δύναμη - καλή επιτυχία».

Une situation révolutionnaire est-elle en train de se faire jour en Grèce ? Non seulement la révolte populaire, impulsée par le Parti Communiste Grec ( KKE ) et par le syndicat PAME, est totale, mais des signes de plus en plus nombreux de fracture apparaissent dans la classe dominante, y compris dans l’appareil d’Etat (cf le communiqué de certaines forces de police, la démission de certains ministres, les refus de députés aussitôt exclus etc.).

Toujours davantage l’Union européenne, son euro et ses institutions supranationales et dictatoriales ne peuvent qu’être vomies par les peuples, y compris le nôtre dont le « non » à la constitution européenne a été grossièrement violé par l’UMP et par la social-eurocratie.

Le  PRCF réaffirme sa solidarité avec avec l’ensemble des Grecs qui refusent la mise à mort du peuple qui a créé l’Europe des Lumières et le concept même de démocratie.

«Peuples d’Europe soulevez-vous» était-il écrit sur l’Acropole. Au moment où la bourgeoisie française représentée par le MEDEF détruit notre pays en rampant devant Bruxelles et Francfort et en saccageant les acquis de la Résistance et même ceux de la Révolution française, nous devons tous approfondir notre solidarité avec le peuple grec en insurrection, tout en développant ici les prémices de notre propre soulèvement citoyen.

Et cette solidarité sera d’autant plus forte qu’en France même, la résistance contre l’UE, contre la monnaie inique et contre le capitalisme prédateur montera en puissance à l’appel des communistes, des vrais républicains, des progressistes et des syndicalistes de lutte appelant ensemble à l'action générale «tous ensemble et en même temps».

13th International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties, Final Statement

The 13th International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties was held in Athens on 9-11 December 2011 with theme:

SOCIALISM IS THE FUTURE!

The international situation and the experience of the communists 20 years after the counterrevolution in the USSR. The tasks for the development of the class struggle in conditions of capitalist crisis, imperialist wars, of the current popular struggles and uprisings, for working class-popular rights, the strengthening of proletarian internationalism and the anti-imperialist front, for the overthrow of capitalism and the construction of socialism”.

The meeting was attended by representatives from 78 Parties from 59 countries. A number of parties that did not manage to take part for reasons beyond their control sent written messages. We salute from Athens the growing popular struggles releasing huge emancipatory potential against imperialism, against capitalist exploitation and oppression, and for the social, labour and social security rights of workers’ all over the world.

The meeting was held in critical conditions in which the deep and prolonged capitalist crisis continues to prevail in the international situation, accompanied by the escalation of the aggressiveness of imperialism which is expressed in the decisions of the Lisbon Summit for the new NATO strategy. This reality confirms the analyses outlined in the statements of the 10th, 11th, 12th, International Meetings that took place in Brazil (Sao Paolo) in 2008, India (New Delhi) in 2009 and South Africa (Tshwane) in 2010.

It becomes increasingly obvious for millions of working people that the crisis is a crisis of the system. It is not faults within the system but the system itself that is faulty, generating regular and periodic crises. It results from the sharpening of the main contradiction of capitalism between the social character of production and the private capitalist appropriation and not from any version of the management policy of the system or from any aberration based on the greed of some bankers or other capitalists or from the lack of effective regulatory mechanisms. It highlights the historical boundaries of capitalism and the need to strengthen the struggles for anti-monopoly anti-capitalist ruptures, the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism.

In the USA, Japan, the EU, and in other capitalist economies the impasses of the various versions of the bourgeois management are being demonstrated. On the one hand the restrictive political line leads to a prolonged and deep recession; on the other, the expansionist political management, with large state support packages to the monopoly groups, finance capital, and the banks, intensifies inflation and leads to the swelling of the public debt. Capitalism converts corporate insolvencies into sovereign insolvencies. Capitalism has no other response to the crisis beyond the mass destruction of productive forces, resources, mass dismissals, factory closures, and the comprehensive attack on workers and trade union rights, on wages, pensions, social security, the reduction in people’s income, the huge increase in unemployment and poverty.

The anti-people offensive is strengthening which is manifested with particular intensity in certain regions. The concentration and centralization of monopoly capital is intensifying the reactionary character of economic and political power. Capitalist restructuring and privatisations are being promoted, aiming at competitiveness and maximisation of profit of capital, at ensuring a cheaper labour force and the regression of decades in terms of social and labour rights.

The intensity of the crisis, its global synchronisation, the prospect of the slow, weak recovery intensify the difficulties of the bourgeois forces in managing the crisis, leading to the sharpening of the inter-imperialist contradictions and rivalries while the danger of imperialist wars is being strengthened.

The attacks on democratic rights and sovereignty are intensifying in many countries. Political systems become more reactionary. Anti-communism is being reinforced. There are generalised measures against the activity of the communist and workers’ parties, against the trade union, political and democratic freedoms The ruling classes develop a multi faceted attempt to trap the people’s discontent through changes in the political systems, through the utilisation of a series of pro-imperialist NGOs and other organizations, through attempts to channel the people’s discontent into movements with allegedly non-political or even with reactionary characteristics.

We salute the people’s and workers extensive struggles and uprisings, for democratic, social and political rights against the anti-people regimes in the Middle East and North Africa, namely in Tunisia and Egypt. Despite the contradictions which the current situation manifests, it constitutes a significant experience that the communist movement should study and utilise. Simultaneously we strongly condemn the imperialist war of NATO and the EU against the Libyan people and the threats and interference in the internal affairs of Syria and Iran. We consider that every foreign intervention against Iran under whatever pretext attacks the interests of the Iranian workers and their struggles for democratic freedoms and social rights.

These developments confirm the necessity of strengthening the Communist and Workers’ Parties in order to play their historical role, to further strengthen the workers and people’s struggle in defence of their rights and aspirations, to utilise the contradictions of the system and the inter-imperialist contradictions for an overthrow at the level of power and economy, for the satisfaction of people’s needs. Without the leading role of the communist and workers parties and the vanguard class, the working class, the peoples will be vulnerable to confusion, assimilation and manipulation by the political forces that represent the monopolies, finance capital and imperialism.

Significant realignments in the international correlation of forces are under way. There is the on-going relative weakening of the position of the USA, the general productive stagnation in the most advanced capitalist economies and the emergence of new global economic powers, notably China. The tendency for the increase of contradictions is strengthening, between the imperialist centres, and of these with the so-called emerging economies.

Imperialist aggressiveness intensifies. There are already several regional points of tension and wars and they are multiplying: in Asia and Africa, in the Middle East with the increasing aggressiveness of Israel particularly against the Palestinian people. At the same time we note the rising of neo Nazi and xenophobic forces in Europe, the multifaceted interventions, threats and the offensive against the people’s movements and the progressive political forces in Latin America. Militarization is being reinforced. The risk for a general conflagration at a regional level becomes even greater. In this sense the expansion and strengthening of the anti-imperialist social and political front and the struggles for peace in the direction of eradicating the causes of imperialist wars are fundamental.

There are two paths of development:

- the capitalist path, the path of the exploitation of the peoples which creates great dangers for imperialist wars, for workers’, people’s democratic rights

- and the path of liberation with immense possibilities for the promotion of the interests of the workers and the peoples, for the achievement of social justice, people’s sovereignty, peace and progress. The path of the workers’ and people’s struggles, the path of socialism and communism, which is historically necessary.

Thanks to the decisive contribution of the communists and the class oriented trade-union movement the workers’ struggles in Europe and all over the world were further strengthened. Imperialist aggressiveness continues to meet resolute popular resistance in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. This fact, along with experience accumulated so far especially in Latin America, the struggles and the processes that take place demonstrate the possibilities of resistance, of class struggle, in order for the peoples to make steps forward, to gain ground inflicting blows to imperialism when they have as their goal the overthrow of imperialist barbarity.

We salute the workers’ and people’s struggles and note the need to further strengthen them. The conditions demand the intensification of the class struggle, of the ideological, political, mass struggle in order to impede the anti-people measures and promote goals of struggle that meet the contemporary people’s needs; demand an organized workers’ counterattack for anti-monopoly and anti-imperialist ruptures, for the overthrow of capitalism putting an end to the exploitation of man by man.

Today the conditions are ripe for the construction of wide social anti-monopoly and anti-imperialist alliances, capable of defeating the multifaceted imperialist offensive and aggression and of fighting for power and promoting deep, radical, revolutionary changes. Working class unity, the organisation and the class orientation of the labour movement are fundamental factors in ensuring the construction of effective social alliances with the peasantry, the urban middle class strata, the women’s movement and youth movement.

In this struggle the role of the communist and workers’ parties at national, regional and international level and the strengthening of their cooperation are indispensable. The joint coordinated activity of the Communist and Workers’ Parties, of the communist youth organizations and the anti-imperialist organizations in which the communists have an important contribution constitutes one of the most reliable elements for the expansion of the anti-imperialist struggle and the strengthening of the anti-imperialist front.

The ideological struggle of the communist movement is of vital importance in order to defend and develop scientific socialism, to repulse contemporary anti-communism, to confront bourgeois ideology, anti-scientific theories and opportunist currents which reject the class struggle; combat the role of social democratic forces that defend and implement anti-people and pro-imperialist policies by supporting the strategy of capital and imperialism. The understanding of the unified character of the duties of the struggle for social, national and class emancipation, for the distinct promotion of the socialist alternative requires the ideological counteroffensive of the communist movement.

The overthrow of capitalism and the construction of socialism constitute an imperative need for the peoples. In view of the capitalist crisis and its consequences the international experiences and practice of the socialist construction prove the superiority of socialism. We underline our solidarity with the peoples who struggle for socialism and are involved in the construction of socialism.

Only socialism can create the conditions for the eradication of wars, unemployment, hunger, misery, illiteracy, the uncertainty of hundreds of millions of people, the destruction of the environment. Only socialism creates the conditions for development according to the contemporary needs of the workers.

Working people, farmers, urban and rural workers, women, young people, we call on you to struggle together to put an end to this capitalist barbarity. There is hope, there is a prospect. The future belongs to socialism.
